This is the official website for the Alaska Donor Registry, which allows you to sign up on-line to be a tissue and organ donor in Alaska. Your tissue and organ donation could save or heal the lives of over 75 people.

What is the "myAlaska" service?

The myAlaska service is a State of Alaska website where citizens can create one username and password and use them for multiple services at myAlaska such as an electronically signed PFD application or an electronically signed tissue and organ donor registration. This will eliminate the tasks of calling, printing, signing, and mailing, etc., that may accompany a paper form method.

If you are at least 18 years of age and have a State of Alaska issued driver's license or ID card you can use myAlaska to sign up to be a tissue and organ donor in the Alaska Donor Registry, see if you are already registered, and view or update your preferences ON-LINE. This is all done via electronic signature using a verification process from information contained on your State of Alaska issued driver's license or ID card. No phone calls, no paperwork to send in. It's fast. It's easy. Give it a try today!
